As the Director of Asset Management at leading C&I developer and owner Madison Energy Investments (MEI), Chioma Enechukwu oversees managing roughly 200 solar assets spread across the country. With Raptor Maps intuitive serial number scanning solution, not only were they able to scan and capture all serial numbers, but they also tied each serial number to specific modules in the digital twin through automation.

The operator of a 199MWdc site was notified by internal monitoring systems that the site was significantly underperforming. Facing difficulties in locating the causes of underperformance and the 1000+ acre site size making IV curve tracing or site walks too costly, the operator leveraged Raptor Maps’ solutions, including inspections, analytics, and Raptor Mobile to easily locate and navigate to identified issues, to restore power five times faster than if they had used older and more labor-intensive methods of field investigation.

After a 2MWdc site experienced significant damage after a hailstorm with 1-2.5 inch hail and 60MPH wind gusts, the asset manager worked with Raptor Maps to quickly assess the damage and to prepare a remediation strategy. Raptor Maps identified, categorized, and localized the damage to a map-based digital twin of the site, ultimately finding anomalies impacting 40% of power production to be remediated.
