The following steps provide an overview of the Instant Inspection order process. Click on the links for detailed instructions of each step.
Log into the Raptor Web app using your Raptor Solar organization credentials, and create an inspection order for the site you’d like to inspect. Once the order is created, data can be collected, uploaded, and processed any time.
Log into the Raptor Flight app and plan your flight using Instant Inspection Mode (IIMode). Once the flight plan is set up, export the KMZ file for your drone.
Using the KMZ file from the previous step, fly your site and collect all imagery required for the processing of your Instant inspection. The KMZ file can be directly imported in DJI Flight hub.
Log back into the Raptor Web app and find the order for your inspection. Upload your drone imagery to your inspection order. Here are the steps for data upload:
Confirm coverage and image quality before uploading inspection images
Measure and note down PoA Irradiance (required to calculate normalized DeltaT of anomalies)
Submit images for processing, including obliques (optional but highly recommended)
As soon as you submit the first set of inspection images, inspection processing will begin. You can track the progress of your inspection by visiting the order status page. When your inspection report is ready, an email will be sent to the contact on the order as well as the user who uploaded the data.
You can review the results of your inspection by navigating to the Map experience within your account on both the Web and Mobile app.
