There are two ways of getting an update on the inspection processing.

1. Email: Once the processing of the Image Set you submitted is complete, you will get an email with a link to the report. The email is sent to the contact name on the order and the user who uploaded the data in the Raptor Map web app. You can open it on your laptop in the web app (“View Inspection”), or use your mobile app (see next section) to navigate to the site to view the results.

   
   

2. Order status page: You can view the status of the processing in the Order Status page as shown below:
